Connect anyone who wants more with a team leader
Offer water proactively, do not wait to be asked
Distribute stickers or small items warmly and generously
Let the wagon team know when you are running low

Use gloves. One meal per person unless a leader says otherwise
Always offer napkins and water alongside every meal
Always ask permission before photographing anyone we serve
Capture the team, energy and food, not individuals
Do not post live, share everything with the team after
Be fully present. Listen more than you speak. You do not need perfect words, just a kind heart and an open ear.
